GURU PRASAD
Founder Director A Chartered Accountant with a degree in law and commerce and brings over two decades of experience to the enterprise. An alumnus of the IIM, he also holds a diploma in counseling. He specializes in management Consulting.
GURUNATH KANATHUR
Founder Director A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over two decades of experience in the fields of Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management, Direct Tax Laws, Corporate Law and Management Consultancy.
MEGHA SUNDARESH
Megha Sundaresh is an Associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with a degree in commerce. She adds her experience in Direct International Tax, coupled with her law degree.
JAYSHREE GANGULI
Jayshree has her Master’s degree in Social Work from Christ University, Bangalore. Her work experience entails handling corporate communication for various Non-profits. Prior to joining Vardaan, she was working with the Bengaluru chapter of United Way.
VIJAY KULKARNI
Vijay brings in multi sectoral and multi institutional experience. He has experience in the areas of Banking, Micro Finance, Entrepreneurship Development, NGO incubation,Education, Livelihood, Research and Consultancy. Amongst others, he has worked with Canara Bank, BASIX,Akshara Foundation, and Catalyst Management Services. He is post graduate from TISS Mumbai. He has also done Management Education Program from IIM Ahmedabad.
GOURI DATTA
Gouri has completed her MBA in Marketing. She has experience in the areas of Customer Service , Finance, Micro finance and as an Entrepreneur. She has worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank as Branch Manager and HDFC Bank dealing with HNI. Worked with MFI for Individual Lending, setting the processes and products. She is also an entrepreneur in the education sector.
JOMY JOSEPH
Jomy Joseph is a social worker by profession. Prior to joining Vardaan, he was working with Narayana Hrudalaya for their in-house as well as outreach CSR programs. He was also associated with awareness campaigns towards preventive & early detection of breast cancer in Karnataka and west part of Tamil Nadu.

PRIYA ANAND
Priya Anand, has more than twenty years of research experience in the voluntary and corporate sector on communications, fundraising and philanthropy and programme evaluations and appraisals for both national and international agencies. She also has experience in mentoring non profits and programme management in the areas of education, health, child rights and livelihoods.

He comes with deep domain expertise in business management, marketing, sales in the Healthcare and Hospitality industries. He also an experienced entrepreneur with thorough understanding of start up dynamics related to risk versus return, environmental influences & customer satisfaction for exponential growth.

Vani Shri, is the VP, Human Capital in a Venture Capital firm. She brings over 16 years of experience most of which has been in technology and leadership recruitment, talent branding, project management, and training.
